Return and Exchange Policy
 
The allowed period for exchange and return is 14 days, except for battery-operated products and clothing, for which the exchange and return period is 7 days.
 
 
Conditions for Exchange and Return:
 
 
 
The product must be new and unused.
 
 
 
The packaging must be in its original condition and undamaged.
 
 
 
The original invoice must be present.
 
 
 
 
General Provisions:
 
 
 
In case of exchange or return, the customer bears the shipping costs, if any.
 
 
 
The outbound shipping cost will be deducted if the customer received free shipping for the purchase.
 
 
 
If the shipment cannot be received due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as providing incorrect information, not responding to the shipping company, or delay in receiving the shipment, the customer is fully responsible for any resulting costs. In case of a refund request, shipping costs will be deducted.
 
 
 
 
The exchange or refund process to your account takes 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive the product until it is confirmed that the product is received in its original condition.
 
In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, we bear the shipping costs, except for products without a warranty.
 
 
How to Return or Exchange Products:
 
 
 
Return directly to the store or ship it if you are outside Buraidah city.
 
 
 
Pack the product well to avoid damage during shipping.

Warranty:
 
 
 
Please refer to the warranty period specified for each product.
 
 
 
In case of a manufacturing defect or product issue, it will be repaired; if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or fully refunded.
 
 
 
The original invoice or its number is required to benefit from the warranty.
 
 
Consumable items, such as batteries, rubber parts, and others, are excluded from the warranty.
 
 
The warranty is valid only if the defect is not due to consumer misuse or failure to follow product recommendations.
